Illmi Children’s Fund (ICF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the potential of marginalized communities, especially children, girls, and women, through education, entrepreneurship, and advocacy.

Founded on the belief that every child deserves a fighting chance, we work across Nigeria to break cycles of poverty and inequality by building skills, expanding opportunities, and amplifying voices. Our programs are rooted in community ownership, local leadership, and policy influence.

Over the past three years, we have directly impacted more than 5,000 lives, including children, girls, and women across 100+ communities in Nigeria. We have awarded 450 scholarships, supported 50 schools, and trained over 3,000 teachers. Through our flagship programs TARM, WITS, DIGITSGALS, and ASSH, we deliver life-changing interventions that empower the next generation.

We have also partnered with organizations such as UNFPA, the MacArthur Foundation, USAID, the National Commission on Mass Literacy, the Universal Basic Education Board, and other development actors to deepen our reach and scale sustainable solutions.

We believe sustainable change begins at the grassroots with empowered children, educated girls, and resilient communities. That’s why we are building systems that grow from the ground up into sustainable, inclusive structures powered by community, guided by equity, and built to last.
