Millie Symns is a seasoned data strategy and analytics consultant currently working with Illoominus since March 2022. Previously, Millie served as a senior data analyst at Thinx Inc., where a robust data infrastructure was designed, generating significant cost savings and enhancing reporting for compliance. As a data science fellow and technical lead at Data Science for All by Correlation One, Millie completed an intensive 17-week program with honors. Millie has also held key data and insights analyst roles at IBM, focusing on education data privacy and global team leadership. Experience as a research analyst at City University of New York involved supporting initiatives for underserved students, while earlier roles at Schools That Can and New York University were devoted to evidence-based metrics and educational research. Millie's educational background includes a degree in Human Development and Social Intervention from NYU and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Randolph College.
