Théo started in 2014 as an Ouvrier agricole at Exploitation agricole TOMITA, where they performed manual agricultural tasks. In 2015, they worked as an Ingénieur en recherche et développement logiciels (stage) at Inria, developing a cellular automaton model and improving the code's readability and robustness. Théo then worked as an Ingénieur en recherche et développement logiciels (stage) at CEA List in 2016, conducting research on machine learning algorithms in fuzzy logic and implementing and optimizing algorithms in C#. In 2018, they joined Delair as a Data Scientist (stage), focusing on deep learning methods for aerial image segmentation, and later became a Computer Vision Engineer, where they worked on technical references, R&D, and industrialization of machine learning modules. In 2019, they joined ILLUIN Technology as a Data Scientist, applying machine learning and statistical analysis to extract meaningful information from large volumes of data and building conversational applications with real-time Natural Language Processing. Théo then progressed to the role of Senior Data Scientist and is currently serving as the Lead Data Scientist at ILLUIN Technology. Additionally, in 2021, they took on the role of Program Manager at CentraleSupélec's Paris Digital Lab, aiming to bridge the gap between academia and the business world by nurturing top tech talents for the digital revolution.
Théo RUBENACH completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Engineering/Software Engineering at Polytechnique Montréal from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Diplôme d'ingénieur from CentraleSupélec, studying from 2013 to 2015. Théo's education began at Lycée Henri Poincaré, where they studied Mathematics from 2011 to 2013.
