Ron Kapcan

Ron Kapcan is a Product Manager and Product Designer at illumin (AcuityAds Inc.) since October 2018. Prior to this, Ron was the Co-Founder & CEO of Charitees Custom Apparel from May 2015 to September 2018, where Ron co-founded the company and grew annual six-figure revenues within the first year. Ron collaborated on the Charitees' brand and built a supplier & distributor network spanning 3 continents. Ron also created and implemented a full cycle sales strategy, designed marketing content, and developed company SOP's. Before this, Ron held various roles at FOS Decor Center from May 2011 to September 2015, including Summer Operations Manager, Events Manager, and Event Captain & Lighting Designer. Ron holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from McMaster University (2016-2020).
