Eric Chen is an experienced professional in product lifecycle management, currently serving as Manager of Product Lifecycle Management (Reagent Formulation) at Illumina since February 2017. Eric's responsibilities include lifecycle management, system building and modeling, resource and people management, team building, hiring, mentorship, and coaching. Prior to Illumina, Eric worked as a Senior Process Development Engineer at INVISTA and as a Process Engineer at the Institute of Materials Research and Engineering, where co-authored three research papers published by the RSC and ACS. Eric holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore, along with a BEng from Imperial College London, and is currently pursuing an MBA at Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, expected to be completed in September 2026.
