Jonathan Lim is the current Head of Talent Acquisition for the Asia Pacific region at Illumina, where they contribute to expanding access to genomic technology and enhancing health equity. Previously, Jonathan held several leadership positions in talent acquisition and human resources, including roles at General Electric, Quintiles, and Align Technology. Jonathan took a sabbatical from 2013 to 2015 and has a background in Electrical Engineering and Electronic Manufacturing from Singapore Polytechnic and Loughborough University, respectively.
