Lyn Wright

Lyn Wright is an experienced professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Management at Illumina since September 2021. Prior to this role, Lyn was the Director of Learning and Organizational Development at Vivint for six months in 2021. Lyn's extensive tenure at Extra Space Storage spanned nearly nine years, culminating in the position of Senior Director of Learning and Development, with a progression through various roles including East Coast Director and District Manager. Earlier career experience includes a Department Manager position at Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores from 2007 to 2012. Lyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Rutgers University - Camden and pursued studies in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning at Boise State University.
