Matthew Eagan

Matthew Eagan is a Senior Staff Systems Engineer at Illumina and a Master’s candidate in Applied Systems Engineering at Georgia Tech. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Matthew has extensive experience in systems integration and genomic analysis platforms, contributing to various projects from development to sustaining phases. Previously, they held roles at BioNano Genomics, Inc. and UC Berkeley, where they focused on instrument development and engineering processes.
