Timon Heide

Timon Heide is a Staff Bioinformatics Scientist at Illumina, where they apply their expertise in computational biology to cancer research. With over six years of experience in bioinformatics, statistics, and computational modeling, Timon has developed a strong understanding of molecular biology. They previously held positions as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Human Technopole and as a Senior Bioinformatician at Biofidelity. Timon earned a PhD in Bioinformatics/Computational Genomics from The Institute of Cancer Research, following a Master of Science in Molecular Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from RWTH Aachen University.
