At Illumination Solar Training Systems, we're revolutionizing solar workforce development by bringing hands-on, experiential training directly to students, no matter where they are. Our mobile solar training labs deliver comprehensive and practical solar education to communities, breaking down barriers related to transportation and accessibility.

The mobility of our labs ensures that high-quality solar training reaches remote or underserved areas, providing greater access to essential skills and opportunities. By offering real-world installation techniques, we not only benefit students but also support broader educational equity, making training available to diverse populations.

We proudly serve technical and community colleges, tribal organizations, and community groups, catering to a wide range of learners—from those new to the solar industry to seasoned professionals looking to enhance their skills. Our mission is to expand access and create pathways to success for all students, regardless of their location or background.
