Matt Mauthe

Matt Mauthe has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Matt started as a Nursing Home Administrator at Rest Haven Christian Services in 2005, where they were responsible for providing quality services to over 450 residents and implementing strategic planning initiatives. In 2006, they joined Oakwood Lutheran Homes as the Campus Director and Nursing Home Administrator. During their time there, they oversaw the operations of the nursing home until 2010. In the same year, Matt became the Chief Executive Officer of Illuminus.

Matt Mauthe attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration.
