Global VP Support at Illumio

Daniel Sullivan has over 25 years of work experience in various roles in the technology industry. Daniel started their career at Hewlett-Packard as a Network Support Engineer, providing support for Cisco and HP network appliances, as well as HPUX network support. Daniel worked at Hewlett-Packard for over a decade.

In 2007, Daniel joined Riverbed Technology as an Escalation Engineer, and later became the Director of TAC EMEA, a role they held for nearly nine years.

Currently, Daniel is working at Illumio as the Global VP Support since March 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Regional Services. Before that, they were the Senior Director of Support & Services Europe at Illumio, and previously held the position of Director of Support & Services EMEA.

Overall, Daniel Sullivan has a wealth of experience in leadership roles in support and services in the technology industry, with a strong background in network support and escalation management.

Daniel Sullivan attended Dundalk Institute of Technology from 1991 to 1992 where they earned a Higher National Diploma in Electronic engineering. Daniel then went on to study at Ulster University from 1992 to 1995, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Applied Physics with a focus on Electronic Science. Additionally, Daniel Sullivan has certifications in Prince2 Practitioner from PEOPLECERT obtained in November 2016, and ITIL v3 foundation from ITIL Certified.
