Ram Elango

Ram Elango has a diverse work experience in the field of data engineering. Ram has worked as a Principal Data Engineer at Illumio, Mindstrong, Talend, and Cognizant. In these roles, they have been responsible for various tasks including project development, data analysis, optimization, code review, testing, and deployment. Ram has also worked closely with business users to understand their data needs and prioritize and plan accordingly. Ram has experience in maintaining and supporting data warehouse, data pipeline, and data quality. Ram has also played a significant role in defining and driving enterprise data management vision and strategy, creating effective data governance frameworks, and promoting best practices in data warehouse and integration design. Prior to these roles, Ram has worked as a Sr. Data Engineer at Cognizant and Trustek, Inc, and as a Solutions Architect at Peoplebank. In these positions, they were responsible for various aspects of the software development life cycle, such as requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and production support. Ram has also been involved in data migration projects and report development throughout their career.

Ram Elango holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree from M.N.M Jain Engineering College and a Master of Science (M.S) degree in Engineering from the University of Bridgeport.
