Sarab Matharu

Sarab Matharu has extensive experience in the field of networking and technology. They began their career at IBM in 2003 as a Network Engineer. From there, they moved on to roles at Evalueserve as a Sr. Network Administrator and at Accurate Group Inc as a Sr. Network Engineer. In 2008, Matharu joined Sun Microsystems as a Customer Design Engineer, where they were responsible for designing and implementing data centers for various clients. They also implemented routing protocols based on client needs. In 2010, Matharu worked at Oracle as a Customer Design Engineer before joining World Wide Technology as a Consulting Systems Engineer. At World Wide Technology, they also served as a Sr. Network Security Specialist, designing and implementing new network access control solutions. Currently, Matharu is working at Illumio as the Director of Cloud and Tech Alliances, where they oversee partnerships and alliances related to cloud technology.

Sarab Matharu obtained an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology in 2019-2020. Prior to that, they earned a B. Tech degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Punjab Technical University in 1999-2003. In terms of additional certifications, Sarab Matharu received the Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert Security (CCIE-S) from Cisco in July 2010. They also completed various online courses, including certifications from LinkedIn and Coursera in cloud infrastructure and decision-making.
