John Higgins

John Higgins is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the lighting industry. As Chief Executive Officer of illumiPure since January 2015, John has led the company in developing innovative products and securing numerous patents. Prior to this role, John served as Chief Executive Officer of NEUTEX Advanced Energy Group, Inc. from September 2007 to February 2017, where the company gained national recognition for reshoring LED manufacturing from China to Houston. John has complemented professional experience with education in business scaling from Wharton Executive Education and Lean Six Sigma from Purdue University, as well as a Streetwise MBA in 2015.
