Christopher Talbot

Christopher Talbot has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering, with a specialization in game development. Christopher is currently employed at Illumix as a Senior Staff Engineer, a position they have held since January 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Illumix from September 2018 to January 2020.

Before joining Illumix, Christopher worked at WB Games San Francisco as a Staff Engineer from June 2017 to May 2018. During their time there, they primarily worked on the mobile game DC Legends, developing various gameplay systems using Unity and NodeJS. Christopher also assisted with other tasks as needed.

From October 2013 to May 2017, Christopher held the role of Senior Software Engineer at WB Games San Francisco, where they worked on multiple projects including Farmville and Mafia Wars. During this time, they primarily worked as a full-stack engineer using PHP, HTML, and JS.

Prior to WB Games San Francisco, Christopher worked at Zynga as a Senior Software Engineer from October 2009 to September 2013. Christopher contributed to projects such as Farmville and Mafia Wars, working as a full-stack engineer.

In 2009, Christopher briefly worked at Mindfuse Games as a Lead Software Engineer for the duration of February to October.

Before that, they held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Arcadia Entertainment from April 2008 to January 2009.

Christopher's early career included roles such as Episode Director at Super Ego Games from September 2007 to February 2008, Software Engineer at Factor 5 from July 2006 to September 2007, and Emulation Programmer at Turner Broadcasting from May 2005 to June 2006.

Christopher Talbot attended Full Sail University from 2003 to 2005, where they pursued a degree in Game Design and Development. Prior to that, they studied Classical Piano at the Eastman School of Music from 2001 to 2002.
