David Wu

David Wu currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the GRAMMY Museum, Wave, Booster Fuels, and Illumix, alongside independent director roles at FitXR and Seraphina Therapeutics. Experience includes participation in various committees such as nominations, governance, finance, and audit. Wu is also a Venture Partner and General Partner at Maveron LLC. Previous board involvement includes an independent director position at Eargo, which went public in 2020, and membership on the board of Inkbox until its acquisition by BiC in 2022. An early lead investor in Modern Fertility, which was acquired by Ro, Wu holds a B.S. and A.B. in Electrical Engineering and Quantitative Economics from Stanford University.
