ILM was born in 2007 on the initiative of Dr. Antonio Molteni at the peak of a long and qualified experience as head of the legal part of the regulatory system relating to finance and the energy sector.
ILM's aim and mission are focused on the design of unique services and contributions for companies operating in sectors subject to this peculiar economic ordering regime, guaranteeing a high-profile standard of performance, thanks to the interdisciplinary expertise of the professionals which ILM has gathered around its core. The main activities are the holistic advising services, an overall outsourcing of the management of regulatory affairs and Self audit, i.e. the development of packages with which companies can make operating contributions to the management of activities which are affected by limited available resources, to have advantages in terms of rationalizing activities, as well as reducing regulatory risk and the costs of regulation.
Furthermore, ILM contributed to design one of the first complete energy community project in Italy.
Thanks to the great experience and relationship skills of its resources, today ILM stands as an indispensable link between institutions and regulated companies.
