Tomasz Stańkowski

Tomasz Stańkowski, PhD, MRAeS, is a Senior Simulation Engineer (CFD) at Ilmor Engineering Ltd, where they focus on contemporary computational fluid dynamics and automation in aerospace and motorsport engineering. With a Master of Science in Thermal Power (Aerospace Propulsion) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering, Tomasz has previously held roles at Rolls-Royce and conducted research during their PhD at Cranfield University. They have developed Python packages to enhance CFD case submission and streamline data workflows, alongside substantial experience in fluid dynamics problems related to internal combustion engines. Prior internships included mechanical service work at Military Aircraft Workshop No. 4 in Warsaw, contributing to engine disassembly.
