Ally Peña

Ally Peña is a dedicated education professional currently serving as the Director of Executive Operations at ILO Group. Previously, Ally worked as an Elementary School Teacher with Prince George's County Public Schools, where they focused on data-driven instruction and community engagement. As a Teach for America Corps Member, they committed two years to teaching in under-resourced public schools, developing essential skills in educational equity. Ally also participated in a fellowship with Leadership for Educational Equity, advocating for systemic changes within their school community. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy with a focus on Urban Education from the University of Delaware and a certification in Elementary Education from Johns Hopkins University.
