Laura Smith

Laura Smith has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Laura is currently the Managing Director at ILO Group, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant at ILO Group from November 2021 to December 2022. Before joining ILO Group, Laura was a Senior Associate at District Management Group from August 2019 to November 2021. Laura also served as a Professional Services Manager at Panorama Education from July 2018 to August 2019. In addition, Laura has experience in the education sector, having worked as a Math Teacher at Thurgood Marshall STEM High School in the Dayton Public School District from July 2014 to July 2017. Laura was also a Southwest Ohio Corps Member at Teach For America from May 2014 to July 2017. Laura started their career as a Global Student Experience Intern at EY in June 2013, where they worked until August 2013.

Laura Smith completed their Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Miami University, where they attended from 2010 to 2014. Laura went on to pursue a Master of Education in Education Policy and Management at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, which they completed from 2017 to 2018.
