Mayank Tripathi has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Mayank began their career as an Aptitude Trainer at JIET Group of Institutions Jodhpur in 2012, where they trained students on quantitative aptitude, data interpretation, and logical reasoning. After that, they worked as a Project Trainee at Tata Consultancy Services in 2014.

In 2015, Tripathi joined Decathlon Sports India as a Sales Manager, overseeing sales operations for the company. Mayank then moved on to HW Wellness (True Elements) in 2016, where they worked as a Marketing Manager.

From 2017 to 2019, Tripathi served as a Customer Success Manager at Zinrelo, where they managed relationships with 40 US-based enterprise customers, implemented strategies to increase revenue-per-customer, and collaborated with the marketing team on case studies.

Following their tenure at Zinrelo, Tripathi joined Madgex in 2020 as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, they ensured customer success by partnering with them to run profitable online recruitment businesses, negotiated contract renewals, provided feedback to the product team, and innovated solutions for better customer service.

Currently, Tripathi is working as a Customer Success Manager at iLobby® Facility & Visitor Management since 2023.

Mayank Tripathi has a diverse education history. Mayank obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management from the Institute of Management, Nirma University between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Information Technology from JIET Group of Institutions Jodhpur from 2008 to 2012. Mayank also attended the National Defence Academy from 2006 to 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) as an Army Cadet. Mayank's high school education was completed at Delhi Public School, Jodhpur from 2000 to 2006, where they focused on Science.

In addition to their formal education, Mayank Tripathi has obtained several certifications. Some of these certifications include Customer Service Strategy from LinkedIn in December 2019, Sales: Customer Success from LinkedIn in October 2019, Certified Business Analytics Professional from Edvancer Eduventures Pvt. Ltd. in May 2016, and Advanced Google Analytics from Google in November 2019.
