Maira Marques

Maira Marques is currently the Coordenadora de Pessoas e Cultura at ILOS, where they lead the People and Culture front with a generalist approach to management tools. Previously, Maira held positions including HRBP Regional at C&A Brasil and HRBP at Ancar Ivanhoe Shopping Centers, focusing on leadership development and strategic HR initiatives across multiple locations. Maira earned a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro and an MBA in Leadership and People Management from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. With a strong background in HR, Maira has experience in various aspects of people management, including recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational change.
