Jonathan Kampel has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Jonathan started their career as a Call Center Operator at RECSA Argentina in 2004 and later worked as a Day Trader at Swifttrade. In 2007, Jonathan joined a family office as a Real Estate Manager, where they were responsible for administrative and commercial management of property rentals. Jonathan then worked at PSA Groupe as a Lean Production Manager, implementing the PSA Excellence System based on the "Toyota Production System."
In 2009, Jonathan joined Citroen as a Product and Market Manager, where they oversaw 5 families of vehicles and conducted market and competition analysis. Jonathan continued their career at PSA Groupe as a Lean Production Manager, managing specific production units and handling union negotiations. Jonathan later returned to Citroen as an Area Quality Manager, focusing on quality development and dealership monitoring.
In 2018, Jonathan worked at DS Automobiles as an Area Sales Manager before joining Inchcape Latam as a Commercial Manager, where they were responsible for the commercial management of Subaru and Suzuki in Argentina. Jonathan'smost recent role was as the Head of Sales & Marketing at ILVA S.A., where they led the commercial strategy for the most valuable tile brand in Argentina and managed a team of 27.
Jonathan Kampel completed their education history with a Business Management Degree from the University of Buenos Aires in 2010. Jonathan then pursued further studies and obtained an ASQ Quality Engineer certification from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires between 2010 and 2011. In 2015, they enrolled at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, where they earned an MSC Finance degree in the field of Finance in 2016. Additionally, Jonathan has an additional certification in the "Theory and tools of the Harvard negotiation Project" from CMI International Group, LLC.
