Samuel Bosch

Samuel Bosch has extensive experience in software development and research, currently serving as a team lead, software developer, and researcher at ILVO since October 2018. Prior roles include data science officer at the UNESCO/IOC Project Office for IODE and PhD candidate at Ghent University's Phycology research group, where research focused on mapping and modeling introduced seaweed species in Europe. Additional experience includes scientific assistant at VLIZ, software developer roles at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services and CEVI, and as a Geo IT consultant at GEO Solutions. Samuel Bosch holds a PhD in Biology and a Master's degree in Geography, both from Ghent University.
