David Wall has a diverse work experience in sales and client services. David started working at Dynahurst Limited as a Sales Executive from July 2013 to January 2015. David then joined FuseMail - Managed Email Solutions as a Sales Account Manager from March 2015 to September 2017, where they managed current customers, developed new accounts, and maintained important relationships with customers. From September 2017 to January 2021, David worked at ILX Group as the Client Services Lead for ILX Connect, responsible for providing a well-rounded support service to customers. Finally, they were promoted to Client Services Manager and then to Head of Client Success Services at ILX Group from January 2021, overseeing client success and providing tailored solutions.

David Wall received their high school education from Chasetown Specialist Sports College from 2003 to 2010, where they pursued A Level and GCSE studies. David then attended Staffordshire University from 2010 to 2013, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Technology. In addition, they obtained a Level 3 NVQ certification in Business Administration from Eden Training in December 2013.
