Sophie Gioanni

Sophie Gioanni is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investor relations, business development, and legal roles across prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as the Head of Investor Relations at ILX since March 2023, Sophie also holds a position as a Non Executive Director at LINCHPIN, beginning in January 2020, focusing on private equity, credit, hedge funds, and long-only managers. Previous experience includes a tenure as Director of Investor Relations at Ilum Capital Advisors (2017-2023), where services included set-up, structuring advice, and capital raising. Sophie's career also features leadership roles at Burren Capital, Centaurus Capital, ACF, Commerzbank AG, UBS, and experience as an Associate in corporate finance at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Sophie holds multiple advanced law degrees from Duke University School of Law and the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, as well as a Master's degree in Business Administration from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
