Alessandra Benassi has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on validation and sterility assurance. From 2018 to 2024, they worked at IMA Group, managing VPHP validation projects and ensuring the sterility of filling line machines. Prior to that, they led the Microbiology and Sterility Assurance team and held specialist roles in validation and cycle development. They also spent time as a registered pharmacist and completed an internship at Patheon Inc. where they gained hands-on experience in quality assurance processes. Alessandra holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Università di Bologna and participated in an Erasmus program at King’s College London.
