Barbara Buganza

Barbara Buganza currently serves as Sales Assistants Coordinator at IMA Group since June 2024. Previously, Barbara held various positions, including roles in the sales department at IMA SPA - SAFE DIVISION from March 2015 to May 2024, and in marketing for the Pharma Division at IMA spa between December 2012 and March 2015. Experience also includes serving as International Marketing Manager at Harris Products Group, where responsibilities involved coordinating marketing activities for domestic and export distributors from March 2008 to November 2012. Earlier roles include Marketing Assistant at Bonfiglioli Riduttori Spa, Brand Manager Assistant at Gilmar SpA, and an internship in the Marketing Department at Alfa Wassermann. Barbara began professional career as a marketing analyst at idea merchandising. The educational background includes a degree in Statistics with honors from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, completed in 2000, along with further education at Profingest Bologna in 2002.
