Simone Stefanelli

Simone Stefanelli began their professional journey shortly after completing vocational high school, initially working in a small assembly company that specialized in automatic machines. With a strong passion for mechanics, Simone progressed to IMA Group, where they took on various roles including mechanical assembler and later team leader for the IMA LIFE division, overseeing around 30 technicians. Their expertise in project management and technical support, combined with a keen creativity, led to Simone's current role as Technical Leader Coordinator, managing a team of approximately 100 technicians in the assembly area.
