Stefano Specchia

Stefano Specchia has been a Product Manager and Team Coordinator at IMA Group since September 2012, overseeing project management and product development activities, while creating and monitoring Gantt charts to track project progress. Previously, as a Project Engineer Coordinator, Stefano analyzed project management issues, optimized information flows among departments, and trained new team members. In the role of Mechanical Project Engineer, responsibilities included managing complex projects, supporting sales during the offer phase, and coordinating mechanical design efforts. Prior experience includes working as a Mechanical Designer at IMA S.p.A. and as a Structural Analyst and Draftsman at Ansaldo Energia. Stefano holds a master's degree in Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, obtained in 2008.
