Steven Rossmann

Steven Rossmann currently serves as the Chief Sales Officer for IMA FLXHub since November 2025. Prior to this role, Rossmann was with Syntegon from January 2020 to October 2025, holding positions such as Sales Director for Food in the EMEA region and Global Sales Director for the Product Group Food Vertical, following the transition of Bosch Packaging Technology to Syntegon. Rossmann's extensive experience in sales and management spans from March 2003 to January 2020 at Bosch Packaging Technology, where various roles included Global Sales Director and Senior Sales Manager. Early career began as a Technical Apprentice at Bosch from September 1999 to February 2003. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Project Management from SRH Riedlingen and certifications in technical specialties from IHK.
