Michał Stempkowski

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader with a focus on software development, blockchain, and Web3 engineering. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha supports innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination, Micha has dedicated efforts to enhance the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where Micha drove technological advancements in decentralized infrastructure for the energy industry. Micha also contributed expertise as a Foundation Board member and CTO at Share&Charge, a Blockchain Advisory Board member at the IIB Council, and an advisor at PioneerVentures.io. Micha’s technical background is complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and further education in fintech and project management.
