Thomas Webber

Thomas Webber serves as the Plant Manager at Image Industries, Inc. since March 2010, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, enhancing production efficiency, maintaining product quality, and ensuring timely shipping. Additionally, Thomas is tasked with resource allocation, strategic implementation, and monitoring operational effectiveness. Previously, Thomas held the role of Maintenance Manager, managing plant maintenance and equipment installation. Thomas's earlier experience includes positions at Valdese Weavers and Carolina Mills, with a tenure as a Shift Supervisor. Thomas holds an Associate of Science degree in Industrial Systems Technology from Catawba Valley Community College, achieved between 2006 and 2016.
