Additional experience includes roles as Assistant Controller at Pacific Coast Marine and as Payroll Manager and Budget Analyst at Northwest Center. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Art from Western Washington University and a Certificate in Accounting from the UW Foster School of Business.
