Eric Alarid is a storyteller and customer experience enthusiast currently serving as Co-Owner of IMAGE Studios®, where they empower salon professionals through creative independence. They hold the position of Senior Vice President of Business Development at Tilson Homes, a family-owned business that has been building homes in rural Texas for nearly a century. Previously, Eric held several leadership roles within Tilson Homes, contributing significantly to sales and business strategy. With a B.B.A. in Information & Operations Management from Texas A&M University, Eric is dedicated to personal and community development, believing in the transformative power of home ownership and collaboration.
