Bill Rottshaefer

As Vice President and Head of Business Development for ImageFIRST, Bill Rottschaefer leads ImageFIRST’s inorganic growth initiatives including all merger and acquisition efforts for the company.

Bill is a seasoned corporate development executive, who possesses more than 15 years of experience leading mergers & acquisitions as well as strategic growth initiatives in large, diversified global companies.

Prior to joining ImageFIRST, Bill held similar leadership roles at Greene Tweed & Company, Trinseo, LLC, and TE Connectivity (formerly Tyco Electronics) where he created and implemented these organizations’ corporate development functions and oversaw their deal pipelines. Before these corporate development roles, Bill was a middle-market investment banker focused on mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.

Bill earned a master’s degree in business from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in finance and international business from the Pennsylvania State University.
