Chad Stockton

Chad Stockton, CMRP, is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in industrial engineering, facility design, and project management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at ImageFIRST since January 2024, Chad oversees safety, maintenance, and process control initiatives across over 25 facilities in North America. Prior to this role, Chad held significant positions at Cooperative Laundry, including Vice President of Engineering and Chief Reliability Officer, where contributions included building organizational infrastructure and strategic growth. Experience at Amazon included advancements from Assistant Maintenance Manager to National Program Manager, developing maintenance training programs informed by military leadership experience. Chad's background includes a notable tenure in the United States Navy, where leadership roles encompassed managing over 400 personnel and optimizing operations in nuclear reactor departments. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Human Resources from The New School and possesses a Maintenance Mechanic Journeyman certification from the United States Department of Labor.
