Craig McManigal is a results-driven leader with over a decade of experience in various management roles, currently serving as a Lieutenant/EMT at the Lowell Fire Department since 2018. Previously, at ImageFIRST, they held multiple positions, including Service Director and District Service Manager, where they directed operations and optimized sales strategies to enhance client relationships and drive revenue. Craig also has experience in the restaurant industry as a Manager at Slatebridge Restaurant Group and as a Bartender/Server at The White Chocolate Grill and Tin Fish, where they developed their skills in operations management and customer service. Educated at Illinois State University, Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Sciences.
