Dennis Kim

Dennis Kim has extensive experience in operations management and consulting. Dennis has held various leadership roles in the linen and laundry industry, including Vice President of Operational Excellence at ImageFIRST, Vice President of Hospitality Laundry Services at Your Linen Service, and Regional Director of Operations at NOVO Health Services. Dennis has achieved significant accomplishments in their roles, such as improving labor productivity, reducing material consumption, optimizing transportation routes, and achieving high service rates. Before their work in the linen and laundry industry, Dennis worked as the President and COO of Kleen Envoy Services and Kleen Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services. Dennis also has experience in operations management consulting, working as a Managing Member at Turning Bridge and Managing Director at Envoy Advisors. Dennis began their career as a Consultant at Yomo Consulting, where they worked with various companies to implement Lean Manufacturing principles.

Dennis Kim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1996, and then went on to complete a Master of Science degree in Decision Sciences and Engineering Systems from the same institute in 1997.
