Eric R. has extensive experience in the IT field, starting in 1990 as a Computer Specialist in the United States Marine Corps. After leaving the Marines, they worked as a Master Instructor at The Chubb Institute before transitioning to a role as a Network Operations Manager at Becket & Lee LLP. At IBM, Eric served as a Technical Team Lead, overseeing Intel Server administrators and focusing on improving efficiency and communication standards. Eric then joined InterDigital Communications as the Manager of IT Operations, where they utilized ITIL, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies to improve operational processes and maintain security standards. Eric worked at Endo Pharmaceuticals as a Sr. Technical Manager, responsible for information technology, before moving to CSC as the Director of Platforms, Infrastructure Services.
