Jonathan Murillo

Jonathan Murillo serves as the Regional Human Resources Manager at ImageFIRST since February 2023. With extensive experience in human resources management, Jonathan previously held various HR roles at Angelica from July 2013 to February 2022, including Area Human Resources and Regional HR Manager for the West Region. Responsibilities encompassed the management of HR affairs across Texas and Southern California, focusing on recruitment, retention, talent development, performance management, and legal compliance. Jonathan played a key role in implementing a customized HRIS system (ADP), enhancing processes related to recruitment, onboarding, and records management, while also handling grievances and union negotiations. Prior roles included Customer Relationship Manager and Office Manager, emphasizing Jonathan's comprehensive skill set in HR operations and customer care.
