Kyle Erdman

Kyle Erdman is currently the General Manager at ImageFIRST, overseeing operations in Minneapolis and St. Paul with full P&L responsibility. With a strong foundation in strategy consulting, they have previously served as a Senior Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting, focusing on growth strategy and M&A advisory. Kyle's military background includes being a Green Beret and Senior Special Forces Weapons Sergeant, where they led diverse teams in combat operations and stabilization efforts in Syria. They hold an MBA and MA in Economic Development from Vanderbilt University and have excelled academically, achieving a 4.00 GPA in Mathematics at Austin Peay State University.
