Previously, Mathew held significant roles in the United States Air Force, where responsibilities included managing personnel programs, overseeing a $115K budget, and leading multi-million dollar projects that achieved exceptional operational readiness and performance metrics. Mathew earned a Master's degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor's degree in Geography and International Studies from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
