Megan O'Malley

Megan O'Malley is a results-driven global talent acquisition executive with over 20 years of experience in transforming recruitment operations at leading organizations. Currently, as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at ImageFIRST, Megan supports the rapid growth of the company by leading a small team and designing an efficient talent acquisition function. Previously, at the International Rescue Committee, they expanded the global recruitment team and tripled hiring volume while prioritizing diversity and inclusive practices. Megan also held significant leadership roles at McKinsey & Company and HSBC, where they managed complex recruitment operations and implemented innovative assessment methodologies. They earned a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an MA in Corporate and Multicultural Communication from DePaul University.
