Shawn Callahan

Shawn Callahan brings executive level experience with strategic specialty expertise to ImageFIRST as the Vice President of Finance. His guidance provides valuable insight in securing the strengths and abilities of a growing company.

After graduating with a BS in Accounting from the University of Scranton in 1993, Shawn was recruited to Price Waterhouse in Philadelphia, PA working as an Audit Manager while also earning his CPA.

Over the next twenty years Shawn continued to develop his financial experience in management and operations, holding positions such as Director of Operations and VP M&A for Insight Health, a large national health imaging provider; North American Corporate Controller and Global VP for Saint-Gobain/CertainTeed, a multi-national construction products manufacturer; and CFO of Accounting and Finance Consulting for AC Lordi/Carpathia Corporation, a staffing and temp placement services company.

Shawn joined ImageFIRST in 2017. His professional history and vast experience including specialty expertise in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, forecasting & financial modeling, financing & debt restructuring, and operations analysis, make him a trusted resource who understands the impact today's strategic decisions will have on the future.
