Shelby Ray

Shelby Ray currently serves as the Vice President of Onboarding & Orientation at ImageFIRST, starting in March 2025. Prior to this role, Shelby Ray spent nearly 20 years at Cintas, progressing through various leadership positions including Global Account Executive for Cleanroom, Director of Sales Training, and Director of Sales for the North Central Group. Responsibilities included overseeing sales performance, customer retention, and training for a large team of sales professionals, resulting in multiple awards and recognitions such as the Rise Up Region of the Year and numerous President's Club honors. Shelby Ray began the career as a Uniform Sales Representative and also held a recruiter position at Aerotek. Education was completed at Millikin University with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
