Whit Thornton served as the Logistics Company Commander for the 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) from 2019 to 2021 and held various roles within the 1st Cavalry Division, U.S. Army, including Battalion Logistics Officer and Platoon Leader. In 2021, Whit completed a summer associate position at Blackstone, followed by a summer associate role at McKinsey & Company in 2022. As of 2024, Whit is the General Manager at ImageFIRST. Whit earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2015 and is currently pursuing an MBA at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, expected to complete in 2023.
