Will Brown

Will Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management within the industrial laundry sector. Currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence at ImageFIRST since August 2004, Will oversees production, capital expansion, safety programs, HLAC accreditations, and continuous improvement initiatives across nine production facilities and the corporate garment stockroom. Previous roles include Production Manager at Aramark Uniform Services, where Will managed entire plant operations and led the facility to achieve recognition as the "most improved" production facility in 2003, and Plant Manager at Cintas, focusing on comprehensive operational management. Will's career began at rus / omni services, where various roles provided a strong foundation in service and operations.
