Mike Will

Mike Will is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and IT leadership. Currently serving as Lead Engineer at imageOne since February 2025, Mike previously worked as a Software Integration Specialist at James Imaging Systems from September 2020 to February 2025, contributing to the team's achievement of the Customer Service Champion award and Platinum Partner status with DocuWare. Mike's prior roles include Director of IT and Business Intelligence at COTG and Modern Business Machines, where Mike navigated organizational changes and lead IT strategies. An accomplished Systems Architect at Society Insurance, Mike was instrumental in a significant policy administration system replacement project. Early career experiences include roles at HSA Bank and Modern Business Machines focusing on software development, network support, and programming. Mike holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
